Den Auftakt bildete der gemeinsame Vortrag von Gastprofessorin Dr. Anna Nedoluzhko(Karls-Universit?t Prag, Tschechische Republik), Hellìk Mayer und Prof. Dr. Sandra Birzer zum Thema ?Modeling learner diversity: first results from the Russian Learner Corpus" im Rahmen des hochschul?ffentlichen Workshops von Prof. Birzer (Slavische Sprachwissenschaft) am 06.05.2021: ?Linguistische Strukturen im Fremdsprachenerwerb aus drei Perspektiven“.
Gastprofessorin Dr. habil. Maria Nowak (University of Warsaw, Polen) forschte an der Universit?t Bamberg vom 04.09. bis 21.09.2021. Am 15.11.2021 pr?sentierte sie die Ergebnisse dieses Forschungsaufenthalts in einem Vortrag zum Thema ?Unity in Diversity? Status in Roman Egypt" mit einer Einführung zu Statusfragen im r?mischen ?gypten und einer Fallstudie anhand griechischer Papyri.
Vom 11.10. bis 22.10.2021 besuchte Gastprofessorin Dr. Ella Peltonen (University of Oulu, Finnland) die Universit?t Bamberg. Im Rahmen der Woche der Forschung hielt sie am 15.10.2021 einen Vortrag zum Thema ?Failing in Research: How to overcome and publish negative results" und stand für Gespr?che mit Doktorand*innen zur Verfügung. Au?erdem tr?gt sie zur Ringvorlesung des Smart City Research Lab, am 16.12.2021, zum Thema ?Crowdsensing with connected cars and other mobile devices in urban and rural areas" (digital) vor.
Prof. Dr. Alexander Yao Cobbinah (Universit?t S?o Paulo, Brasilien) forschte und lehrte vom 29.11. bis 15.12.2021 am Institut für Romanistik. In der Lehrveranstaltung ?Kultureller Widerstand in Lateinamerika“ von Prof. Dr. Enrique Rodrigues-Moura (Romanische Literaturwissenschaft/ Hispanistik) fand unter der Leitung von Gastprofessor Cobbinah eine Blockveranstaltung zum Thema ?West-Afrikanisches Erbe in Kolonialbrasilien: Sprache, Kultur und Widerstand in Minas Gerais“ statt. W?hrend seines Aufenthalts in Bamberg stand Gastprofessor Cobbinah für Gespr?che mit Doktorand*innen zur Verfügung und widmete sich der Vorbereitung einer anstehenden Publikation zu Obra Nova de Língua Geral de Mina (Christina M?rzh?user, Enrique Rodrigues-Moura, eds., 2022). Zudem koordinierte er gemeinsam mit Prof. Rodrigues-Moura einen internationalen Online-Workshop zu ?Historical Perspectives on Linguistics and Cultural Exchanges between the African Costa da Mina and Minas Gerais/ Brazil” am 07.12. und 08.12.2021. Der ?ffentliche Vortrag von Professor Cobbinah fand am 13.12.2021 zum Thema ?Rhetorik und pragmatische Strukturen im transatlantischen Sprachkontakt. Tail-Head Linkage in den portugiesisch basierten Kreolsprachen der Oberguineaküste“ statt.
Zwischen 12.01. und 09.02.2022 unterrichteten Prof. Dr. Sophia Labadi (University of Kent, Gro?britannien) und Prof. Dr. Mona Hess (Digitale Denkmaltechnologien) ein gemeinsames Seminar zum Thema ?Genders, Diversities, and Heritage“. Der ?ffentliche Vortrag von Gastprofessorin Labadi an der Universit?t Bamberg fand im Sommersemester 2022 statt.
