I joined the Chair of English Literature in 2024 and am completing my PhD, after lecturing at the Goethe University Frankfurt. My dissertation is on the performance of history plays and the influence of space/place on the development of cultural memories. Most of my research focuses on early modern cultural memory, spatiality, and the performance of early modern drama. I am also interested in early modern English witch trials, gender studies, and the history of science and medicine.
