Practical presentation on "The Future of HR Function" by Mercer Deutschland GmbH
On 28th July Mercer Deutschland GmbH delivered a practical presentation on organisational psychology as part of the presentation of a bachelor’s degree work. The presentation, delivered by Gunnar Binder, an alumnus of the Bamberg University, and two of his colleagues, Jannin Duijn and Talisa Miene, focusses on the theme "The Future of HR Function". Starting with the question of why HR must change, the presenters subsequently discuss the various ways in which such change can be brought about. At the conclusion of the talk, students were given concrete, practical insights into both completed and ongoing projects.
