Reminder: re-enrollment summer semester
Dear international PhD students,
if you are currently enrolled as PhD students at the University of Bamberg and want to remain so during the upcoming summer semester 2019, please re-enroll now. This can be easily done by simply transferring the current semester fee of 90,40 Euros to the bank account of the University by Friday, 8th February.

If you pay the money in time, you will be able to validate your student ID with the new semester dates from 31st March onwards. A validation machine can e.g. be found on the ground floor of the building at Kapuzinerstrasse 25.
Please note: PhD students can generally only be enrolled for a maximum of 6 semesters. For an extension beyond these 6 semesters, you are requested to file a motion with the enrollment office. Even if you are not enrolled any more, you may still conclude your PhD thesis and register for the oral PhD exam. For more information, please check this website.
