What is the student council doing?
We represent the interests of students vis-à-vis the university management and teaching staff in all matters.
For example, we are involved in the Faculty Council, appointment committees and committees that decide on the use of funds, e.g. for library purchases.
We also offer a number of services that make everyday student life easier, such as first semester induction days (EET) etc.
Events outside of everyday university life, such as the information evening, are also part of our diverse repertoire of activities.
If you have any suggestions, requests or questions, you can always contact us during our opening hours.
You can also reach us by e-mail.
Our student council is made up of 3 large teams:
1. Event team
Our events team plans exciting events for you and your fellow students! Do you have new ideas of what to do or do you want to gain experience in event organization? Then you've come to the right place!
2. Communication team
Our K-Team takes care of public communication between the faculty and students. Among other things, the team manages our Instagram page and this website. Have you always wanted to work in PR, marketing and design? Then join the K-Team!
3. University politics team
Here you can work to improve life at the university for everyone. You can hold discussions with lecturers, be delegated to committees or take action on problems at the university! Then join the HoPo team!
Have we piqued your interest? Then come and visit us on Mondays at 6 pm in room F21/00.18! You have to go through the main entrance and into the corridor to the left of the door.
In our meeting, we discuss the current topics of the teams and the university. Afterwards, our student representatives often sit together in a relaxed atmosphere. The meetings are completely non-binding, so drop by!
Further information - such as our office hours - can be found under "Duty roster".
