Invited Lecture about Exasol
Exasol is an analytical database. You will learn all fundamentals and a lot of features in this interactive 90-minute lecture. Exasol is a distributed column-oriented in-memory database. The lecture is live, you can use the chat to ask questions, you're invited to participate in little quizzes, and solve SQL-based exercises on a real Exasol cluster directly in your web browser.
Prof. Johannes Schildgen is a professor for databases and Big Data analytics at the Regensburg University of Applied Sciences (OTH
Regensburg) since this semester. Before, he worked for Exasol in Nuremberg for three years.
