Cooperation
Since 2013 we collaborate with the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP) on:
- Research related to the outsourcing industry
- Insight and articles of interest to all IAOP members
- Leadership role in the IAOP Germany Chapter
Since 2012 we closely collaborate with pliXos GmbH on a research project related to controlling social aspects of relationship quality. The objective of this project is the development of a comprehensive management tool to analyse and control the soft factors of a sourcing collaboration, like trust, commitment and shared understanding.
