Girls and Technology Workshop 2019

The HCI Group once again participated in the “Girls and Technology” event with a workshop this year.

On 29th of October, eight girls, between 10 and 14 years old, were engaged in the workshop offered by the HCI group. We offered several stations showing the diverse topics concerned with human-computer interaction ranging from usability evaluation to alternative interaction techniques. The main attractions were the execution of an eye tracking experiment and the printing of their own modelled objects on a 3D printer. The different activities excited the young participants.
