Prof. Dr. Maike Andresen is a new member of the global research project GLOBE

Prof. Dr. Maike Andresen is a new member of the global research project GLOBE (Global Leadership & Organizational Behavior Effectiveness, see https://globeproject.com/globe_2020). In the imminent next phase of the GLOBE project, two major rigorous studies are being carried out. Study 1 focuses on the drivers and dynamics of cultural change and trust building in societies. Study 2 focuses on the cultural influences on leadership in different countries with regards to specific HR practices, employee career strategies, attitudes, and performance. The GLOBE research results have received several awards and are receiving worldwide attention and recognition in science and practice.
