Prof. Andresen and her former Master student Julia Stapf win the AOM AnnualMeeting Best Paper Award!
The paper, "Like father, like son? The relationship between social origin and careersuccess - a SLR", accepted for the virtual 81st Annual Meeting of the Academy of Management taking place 29 July - 4 August 2021, has been judged by the reviewers to be one of the best accepted papers in the programme. This high honor entitles the paper of Julia Stapf and Prof. Andresen to be published in the Proceedings of the 2021 Academy of Management Meeting.
