Brownbag Seminar with Shenghui Ma

To our Brownbag Seminar on Thursday, 26.10.2023, we welcomed Shenghui Ma, Professor of Business Administration the Fudan University, Shanghai. Shenghui presented his research on sensemaking dynamics and  sensemaking traps between the CEO and the supervisory board in firms' governance process.
